About Me
I am Fernando Camacho, a software developer and Computer Science graduate from UNAM. My main areas of interest include Open Source, Linux system administration, and the development and exploration of Artificial Intelligence.
Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in teaching and knowledge dissemination. I enjoy learning other languages and find it fascinating to bring technology closer to people’s daily lives.
Recently, I participated in an AI project with B@chillerato UNAM to predict student performance using data hosted on Moodle. During this project, I gained significant experience with StreamLit, Python Scikit-learn, and SQL.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring homelab technologies using Docker and Podman containers. I run my own online storage service based on Nextcloud, as well as a self-hosted photo management service using Immich.
